Terms of Use and General Terms of Service

Introduction

All services (as defined below) offered by American Eagle Airport Shuttle and its affiliates are subject to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing and using the website https://americaneagleshuttles.com (the “Site”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the conditions of use listed below, and any future revisions and additions, as published at: americaneagleshuttles.com

Eligibility to use booking site

By using our Sites, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use this website.

  • RESERVATIONS:

    About Reservations

To confirm a Shuttle reservation, a valid credit card is required to be added to the clients profile at the time of booking. All credit card details are stored securely via our online portal. We cannot accept any reservation that doesn’t have the passengers cell phone or arriving flight details (airline and flight number). Flights run early and late and our dispatch team may need to contact you – to ensure that you are accommodated on the first available shuttle.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at time of booking. When providing travel information, the customer agrees that the information will be accurate. AE Airport Shuttle is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using the service, its official websites, or reservation platforms. Confirmation emails are provided at the time of booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation. Passengers are responsible for correct reservation selection of pickup/drop-off times to meet their individual travel needs, and to provide corrections or updates to their reservations if necessary. AE Airport Shuttle is not responsible if a passenger selects a reservation time that does not allow them adequate time to clear security and board their flight on time.

We recommend to our clients to reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. American Eagle Shuttle Service will honor any reservation made online no less than 12 hours before the pick-up time. We can also provide you with service at a short notice by phone upon availability. All reservations confirmed via email are guaranteed pick-up, however we cannot guarantee you availability when you call with a short time notice.

  • CANCELLATION:

    You (Customer) agree to cancel reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. American Eagle Shuttle Service gives you to cancel via email up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time or by phone (must call number on your confirmation) to cancel the Reservation without any charges. We ask you inform us of any changes in your schedule in advance so we can avoid unnecessary aggravations.

Cancellations by phone only from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Mountain Standard Time! Please note that changing the pickup time is not considered as a cancellation.

  • No Refunds will be issued with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Reservations booked with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refund

*Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Airlines

Failure to contact AE Shuttle with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for refund when a replacement reservation is made.

  • AIRPORT PICKUP:

Additional charges may apply for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 45minutes after a flight lands. After 45 minutes there is a $1.25 per minute of waiting time for passenger Van reservation. Please, you have to call the office (208)571-8300 if you need more time inside the Airport or you can’t find your driver. If contact is not made to our office within 45 minutes after the flight lands , a no-show fee of the full rate will apply. To avoid a NO SHOW fee , please do not leave the airport before calling the office.

  • NO SHOW:

If you do not see your driver at a prearranged pick up location, do not leave that location before calling our office you must call the number shown on your confirmation. Upon arriving to the Boise Airport, let us know that you have landed. We will guide you to where our driver will be able to pick you up. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride. If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at regular pickups and up to 45 minutes at airport pickups. After the scheduled pickup time then our driver will try to reach you by calling you at your provided number. If we do not get a response we will then release the car and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the Full Price of the ride. If you authorize the waiting time the driver will wait up to 2 hours. If we do not hear from you after the time frame, we will contact you again if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting time. Therefore A “No Show” fee is equal to the trip cost PLUS applicable wait time fee that will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your Driver, Please call the number on your confirmation to avoid a “No Show” fee.

  • EXTRA STOPS:

For all transportation requests (Not Hourly Requests), Extra stops are a minimum charge of $10.00 Depending on mileage, time and vehicle. Non-Airport transfers will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 10 minutes, After passing 10 minutes, the waiting time will be charged starting from the scheduled pickup time. $1.25 per minute / passengers van.

  • SAFETY

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal seating capacity at any time. All passengers are required to wear seatbelts while on-board. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who refuses to wear a seatbelt.

Traveling with Children

We (AEShuttle) welcome the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat. State laws do not allow children to ride in the lap of an adult. If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards, you must supply an approved car seat for each child to whom the applicable law applies. Idaho's child passenger safety law requires all children 6 years of age or younger be properly restrained in an appropriate child safety restraint. It is recommended that traveling parents and legal guardians become knowledgeable about the applicable laws in the states in which they will be traveling.

For more information on applicable laws, please visit: The Idaho car seat law is Idaho Statutes § 49-672, Passenger Safety for Children. AE Airport Shuttle does not provide any car seats or booster seats. In the event that a passenger brings their own, a responsible adult accompanying the child(ren) is responsible for the installation and use of the seat.

  • OPERATIONAL ISSUES

In the event of unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic and/or weather, mechanical breakdown, or operational issues, an interruption in service with delays may occur. In such a case, American Eagle Airport Shuttle will make all attempts to provide alternative transportation. American Eagle (AE) Airport Shuttle is not liable for any fees for missed flights, or as a result of missed flights and cannot provide alternate transportation suggestions.
Storm Operations are in effect when inclement weather is present. Safety is our number one priority. Please call our office to request an earlier shuttle during winter seasons; this will ensure you arrive on time. Operations may be adjusted to allow for safer travel times- should this happen we may contact you by phone or email informing you of the schedule change due to weather conditions. On the rare occasion roads become impassable, or if requested by law enforcement, services may be cancelled or delayed until we can operate safely.

•CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:

We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just in case if you decided to make some additional stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination .We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride after swiping the card in the vehicle and giving you a total of your charges.. Passengers are obligated to ask the driver for a receipt before leaving the car. If you do not ask the driver for a receipt, you may ask our office to provide an invoice for up to a maximum of 30 days. After this time American Eagle Shuttles Service does not hold any account for your receipt.

  • PERSONAL ITEMS:

We do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the ride. Please contact us at (208)571-8300 If you think you have left something behind, we will do our best to search for your item and coordinate its return.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT:

American Eagle Shuttle Service will charge you (as a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning (minimum $250 and up) the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in the Car. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any body damages to the outside of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations.All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, driver, vehicle, or any other person or property in risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation. We (American Eagle Shuttle) reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of early termination, NO any portion of the fee shall be refunded. We will charge the card in file for damages after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved.

  • COLLECTION FEES :

You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due in case of non-payment

  • RESPONSIBILITY:

AE Shuttles shall not be held responsible for incorrect pick up or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions).

  • PETS

We are pet friendly. All pets must be transported in an approved animal carrier/crate. Animals will not be permitted to ride in the cabin unsecured with the exception of Service Animals protected by ADA and may directly accompany their handler as per law.. Cleaning fees will apply for any mess caused by your pet (e.g. excessive pet hair, urine, or feces). You must let reservations know if you intend to travel with a pet. All pets need to be in a carrier or minimum charge of $250 will apply for any damage or cleaning and detailing the vehicle

  • SMOKING & ALCOHOL

Smoking/Alcohol/Vaping/and it Drug Use is strictly prohibited in any of our Vehicles . A sanitation fee of 300.00 will be charged, as well as 100.00 minimum per carpet or seat burn.

• MODIFICATIONS

American Eagle (AE) Shuttle may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service

•GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho State, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
