Departure /Delay?

From time-to-time, flight delays can happen at the airport. According to recent statistics, the average delay time for departing flights is around 30 minutes. However, this can vary depending on the time of day and the airline. It's always a good idea to check the status of your flight before heading to the airport to avoid any unnecessary waiting time.

What If my flight is delayed?

Unless your flight number is changed, you don’t have to do anything, our flight tracking technology system is capable to accurately track your flight and will be at the airport at the right time. If your flight number is changed, you have to contact us to inform our dispatch agents the new flight information. Text messages to (208)571-8300 We continuously monitor flight statuses, so there's no need to worry. We'll adjust your pickup time based on the latest flight information.

What is your Cancellation Policy ?

We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. You (Customer) agree to cancel reservation at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare.

Reservations must be changed or cancelled more than 24 hours prior to pickup time to be considered for a refund. All No-Shows at pickup time are non-refundable.

We service in Boise and a wide area of surrounding communities. Our services are available all over Ada County, Canyon County, Boise County, Elmore County, Valley County and many more surrounding counties. If your location isn't listed on our service area page, just give us a call and ask! We're always working to expand where we're able to service for your convenience.

Is the gratuity included in your quote ?


No, the quote is for the basic charge, and driver’s gratuity is really appreciated.

Why if my final charge different from the quote ?

The final charge may include additional waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the drop-off address not included in the original quote.

Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. However, they must be secured during the ride.
